The following policy applies to all artwork, prints, swag, or services purchased from J. Michael Photography Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Because artwork and prints are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:

The item was damaged during shipping.

The incorrect product was received.

If either occurs, contact us at jmichaelphotographyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
