By purchasing artwork, prints, swag, or services from J. Michael Photography Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)—whether online, in person, or through any affiliated platform—you (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
J. Michael Photography Co. sells fine art prints, photography services, and related merchandise.
All artwork is created and owned by J. Michael LeBlanc, and all rights are reserved unless otherwise stated in writing.
Product images on our website or marketing materials are as accurate as possible, but color variations may occur due to display settings or print processes.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are accepted through our website, authorized resellers, or authorized gallery events.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and digital payment processors (e.g., Square).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed in the order received. Standard turnaround for artwork prints is typically 4-7 business days, though timelines may vary.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on location and carrier.
J. Michael Photography Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or natural events beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because artwork and prints are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:
The item was damaged during shipping.
The incorrect product was received.
If either occurs, contact us at jmichaelphotographyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All images, artwork, logos, and content produced by J. Michael Photography Co. are the exclusive intellectual property of James Michael LeBlanc and are protected under U.S. copyright law.
You may not:
Reproduce, copy, scan, alter, or distribute any artwork or photography without written consent.
Use images for commercial or digital purposes without purchasing the appropriate licensing rights.
Purchase of a print or artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
7. Personal and Commercial Use
Artwork may be used for personal use or for limited commercial use (e.g., commercial décor). Artwork is not available for resale for profit.
Unauthorized use will result in legal action and possible financial penalties.
8. Custom Commissions
For commissioned photography or artwork:
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project date.
Remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery.
All commissioned pieces remain property of J. Michael Photography Co. until paid in full.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J. Michael Photography Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in dispute.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J. Michael Photography Co. and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or intellectual property.
11. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By using our services, you consent to that policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Shreveport, Louisiana.

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
